Simon Shaw
Simon Shaw was born in Kent in 1968 and lives in Faversham. He studied Graphic Design at Falmouth School of Art, Cornwall.
Upon qualifying he moved to London to work for a number of large corporate organisations as a photographer / graphic designer. His role involves taking marketing photographs and working with logo / brand implementation. In 2007 Simon moved to Faversham. He currently works as a corporate and product photographer and graphic designer.
His work has been exhibited in Kent, London, Essex and Europe. Although most photography commissions are for corporate marketing purposes, Simon finds Faversham a rich source of visual inspiration and often takes photographs in and around this part of the North Kent Coast, including digital, pinhole, photogram and painting with light processes.
